Argument of Death Penalty
Capital Punishment also known as Death penalty is one of the punishment that is given to the
criminals on their severe acts to the society
...
Although there are some counterargument’s
are also present in which it is believed that death penalty can be a way to teach lessons to other
criminals & to eliminate the criminals who are constant threat to society
...
So even if we want to
rehabilitate the person who committed murder or any extreme crime then Death penalty as a
punishment can’t be afforded it leaves nothing just a waste of life and loss the chance for any
rehabilitation of the person
...

Death penalty is also considered as one of the act which is against humanity because it is not
only just ethically wrong but also it is very cruel
...
So that’s a fact death
penalty is not a human way of punishing someone for its crimes as an alternate there can be other
method which are less cruel than this that can be applied to teach criminal lesson such as life

without Parole this option is way better as it will allow prisoners to rehabilitate and serve the
community
...
The criminal is
hanged and now gone forever does this means that the crime is also vanished from the society
because there are lot others still out there in society who are already murderers and criminals so
is that all of them have to be hanged to stop the crime the answer is obvious no we can’t hang all
of them so this means that death penalty does not play significant role in deterrence of the crime
...
So the
process of death penalty and its executing has also flaws due to which many innocent can
become the victim of poor law system
...
Just like this another major element due to
which many people have suffer the death penalty is the Racism although the civil war is over but
due to this factor there have been so many people sentenced to death without any actual prove of
their crime and justification that if they are guilty or not
...
The capital punishment can be three times more expensive than the life imprisonment
so this is another major factor due to which the death penalty is not suitable way of stopping

crime in society
...
Even the money can be
used to help the families of the murder victim
...
The criminals who knows that they will die ultimately after they commit one crime
whose penalty is only death than they loss the fear of death and tends to commit more crime as
long they are not caught
...
Sometimes even a teenager commit a cruel crime and sentenced to death without
thinking of giving him a chance or show mercy on him because the person who commit murder
or any other crime does not mean he will be criminal for forever that’s why we should give the
chance to young generation if they commit mistake they should be punished so they learn lesson
of their life but punishment should be not so hard that a human life is taken
...


There are also some arguments which favor the act of Death penalty as for some people

As it is also assumed that fear of death can be used to overcome the rate of crime in the society

as it is thought that once a criminal will sentence to death than the other criminals or people who
are thinking to commit the crime will fear its consequences

When they come out of the
prison they become more danger to the society instead of becoming the civilized person
...
Like in the Middle East and Asian countries death
penalty is still very authentic to evaluate crime from the society
...
Even there is a death penalty for the kidnapping of children
...
To civilize the nation it is more important that we should spread
awareness regarding the negative effects of death penalty on the society & provide alternative for
the capital punishment which provide more benefit not only to the society but also to the person
own behavior
...
There should be noticed that every criminal
is not criminal by birth there are several reasons as why he become a criminal so that’s why we
should eliminate crime not start executing criminals
