This we can clearly see in the scriptures

This been said, we have seen that as believers we are saints, not because we don’t do wrong or
make mistakes but because we have believed

Some people even find it hard to pray, they feel condemned, guilty even worthless

How do we enjoy this?

Does God punish us when we do something wrong?
Through my various encounters and relationships with people, I have met with people who
have the mindset that whenever they “Sin” or do something wrong, God punishes them,
makes things go bad, they lose their jobs even to the extent of inflicting sickness on them
...
I was quick to
rebuke him, God will never do such
...
I would marvel that time, thinking within myself
that I would love to get to that level…
...

God never punishes us when we do wrong
...
Also
Jesus said “whatever I see the Father do, that I also do”
...

Jesus is the visible expression of the person of God
...
Sickness and diseases are never an instrument of
God to correct us or draw us to himself, rather, he showers his love on us
...
What does repentance mean?
Repentance is from the Greek word “META” “NOIA” meaning CHANGE YOUR MIND

He is love personified, let’s see this;
1 Corinthians 13: 4-7
Verse 4
“Love is patient and kind

It does not demand its own way
...


Verse 6
“It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out

Seeing all these, we see the attributes of God, for he is love
...
So I say, always abide and be conscious of his love, meditating on the
word of God also

We don’t need condemn ourselves or feel guilty when we do something wrong, God changes
us from the inside to the outside by his love

When we
are changed inwardly, the outward is automatically transformed also and that is exactly what
God wants for us

Guilt does not honor God, simply depend on him
...

We ONLY have to fix our gaze on Jesus and not on our
weaknesses

Hence, we have come to see that God is not mad at us when we falter or do something
wrong

Albeit God wants the transformation of our lives, for

CONCLUSIVELY,
I don’t believe that people are changed by giving them some set of rules to obey, but letting
them know that God loves them despite their shortcomings, and he is willing to help them
...
