1) Serve behind the base line, ball below knees and must land in the other
persons half
2) Catch the ball
3) How long they hold the ball
4) Scoring of the game (points for every serve)
Conflict:
-Replay point within the first 5 seconds of a disagreement
Tactics:
-Defence (on your toes, ready, bent knees, stance in the middle, slightly
towards the back of the court is the best position)
-Attack (Where to serve it? Back corner to open up space, speed of ball,
perception of direction, spin on the ball)

the point
Tactics:
-Send the opposition around the court as much as possible
-Backhand corner the most effective serve to put the opposition under
pressure

tactics within the point
Tactical Solution:
-Attacking Overhead= Smash the shuttle to the ground
-Defensive Overhead= Get the player to the back of the court, high parabola
