X+X+X+X = 4X -> If add 4 of the same value, it will be 4 times the value no matter what

Move all X'es to one side -> note: We can subtract or add anything onto each side, as long as
we do it on the other side too:
X+5+X=3-X+X

Put all numbers on the other side -> We can still subtract or add anything on any side, as long
as we do it on the other side too:
2X+5-5=3-5 -> now calculate, 5-5 = 0, and 3-5 = -2
2X = -2 -> we now know that 2*X = -2, we need to make it 1X, so we divide:
2X/2 = -2/2
X = -1
