The reasons why we need to warm up
before rehearsal or practice is so that

To prevent any serious injury

Stages of warming up:




Pulse raising: jogging in place,
star jumps
Stretching: moving or static

Mobilizing: movement of joints,
shoulders/head/ankle rolls
