LAB TASK 2: Calculate sperm concentration using a haemocytometer
Materials:
Haemocytometer, 3% saline, semen, pipette, phase contrast microscope, coverslips, and
humid chamber

The semen was diluted by 3% saline and the sample was mixed thoroughly before
counting

The coverslip was fixed in place over the counting chambers, 10 microliters of sample
were aspirated by inserting the tip of pipetted to the edge of the coverslip
