"Money is like love, it will be gone the moment you became unconcerned for it
...
As a 7th grader with my first allowance, all I thought about was the
things I'm going to buy, foods I'm going to try, and places I'm going visit
...
I was so overjoyed because it was my first time going
with a friend but, unfortunately, she had to go home early
...
In less than half a day, I already spent most of my allowance
...
When I looked at my wallet, I instantly
regretted my decision and went home
...
She then, nagged at me endlessly and that's when I truly
learned my lesson-- Money evaporates
...
She buys
trending stuff because, according to her, she'll be deemed loser if she didn't
...
That's when her
grandfather, Lolo Sally came in
...
He's a smart
and a practical spender, he takes notes of everything he buys so that he would be able to keep
his budget in check
...

Then, her best friend, Jing-Jing came to pick her up
...
She doesn't spend recklessly and keeps her money budgeted
...
They went on
their way to apply for St
...
Jing-Jing tried to stop her because the
spaghetti is pricy yet, Gwyneth didn't listen
...
He told her that if she wants to buy something then she has to save
money first and also how she should learn not spend money on things she doesn't even need
...
Nevertheless, she still bought the spaghetti
...
Anne's University
...
Gwyneth didn't hesitate and started buying the dress
...
This time, a palm civet appeared in
front of her
...
The palm civet said that she
should think first before she buys anything
...
On their way to the University, they saw a promo ticket to Bicol
...
Gwyneth also wants to come so
she bought a ticket but she worries that her money won't be able to pay for the application form
for the university so she borrows money from her friend
...
The volcano said that there is no person who died because they didn't get what they want
but there are people who died because of debts
...
Anne's
University and Jing-Jing already finished up the form and went home
...
She asked the person If he could pay for her but he sent
her home
...

Gwyneth doesn't know what to do and that's when Jose Rizal appeared
...
He told her that she
should differentiate her needs from her wants and that she should be like the ants who save
foods before rainy days
...

In the end, Gwyneth learned learned her lesson and decided to sell the dress and return the
ticket
...

The acting skills of every character in the play are remarkable
...
I especially like the acting of the boy who played the hot granma employee, Apolinario
Mabini, the dress seller, Palm civet, the ticket seller, Mt
...
He
played all eight characters with different personalities in one play
...
To be
completely honest, I never knew only 4 people played the characters until they started singing
...
Especially when Jing-Jing is convincing Gwyneth not to spend too much, the
way they performed it on stage was very realistic
...
I especially aplaude the singing voice of Lolo
Sally, it's deep and served as the backbone when they are all singing
...

Without the behind the scenes people, the play wouldn't work out at all
...
I want to emphasize the people who are assigned to the
lighting
...
The timing was perfect, the brightness are exact and it did well setting
up the mood
...
I love the way they applied the lightings and sounds to the play, it made the play more
interesting and fun to watch
...
Mayon showed up in front of
Gwyneth
...
And so,
I'd like to give credits to all the people who helped created the play
...

The play is praise-worthy! I love the characters and the story
...
Their
performance on the stage is not only interesting but also gives us a morale lesson
...
I like the play very much because I can relate with the
protagonist
...
When I start buying, I find it hard to stop because there
are so many I want to have and I just have the right money for it
...
I also learned the importance of saving and budgeting money when Gwyneth's money
isn't enough to pay for her application fee and when Lolo Sally had the money to pay for
Gwyneth's father's hospital fee
...
In the end, the things that are most
important, are the things that we can't buy
