There were some difficulties I faced while achieving my planned objectives like
choosing certain CPD methods

Example: Secondments; which means when an employee gets a
temporary transfer to another job within the same organisation however, I
couldn’t choose this CPD method because this requires the employee to have
some basic skills and knowledge about the temporary placement role however, in
my case I will only have knowledge and skills about computing therefore I
couldn’t choose this method and the solution to this difficulty was to choose
alternate CPD method like mentoring

There were other difficulties I faced while achieving my planned objectives like
choosing because when I had to choose certain universities within the certain

Changing my CPD method had affected me in terms of short term and long term

Which requires me and the person mentoring me to spend lots
of time because in each mentoring session I will be learning new skill therefore
it will take long time

Recommendations:
If I had the option to start all over again I would like to find different ways of
improving and enhancing my skills for example my presentation skill, I would
have made special session with my teacher or form tutor to present in front of
them and get feedback as well as advice about how I can improve my
presentation skill therefore I will be able to see what area I need to improve
and work on in my future when doing presentations

Overall if had the chance to do it again I

would find different ways of improving my target for instance I would plan
ahead before doing any work and organise my timetable efficiently, and simply
research and discover new ways of developing my skills professionally
