 Oxygen 60% - 100%

 Frusemide 80ml IV
 Repeat if necessary
 The infusion 10ml per hour

 If haemodynamically stable GTN 1 to 10 ml per hour

REDUCED CONSCIOUS LEVEL
 Manage as per other causes of reduced level of consciousness
 Airway management

 Renal replacement therapy
