Contraction: voluntary

Smooth Muscle




Cells: long, spindle-shaped, and non-striated
Location: walls of hollow organs
Contraction: involuntary

Cardiac Muscle






Cells: branching, chains, and striated
Location: heart
Contraction: involuntary
