Allocation strategy – Where they save their best efforts for when they are
performing alone or under scrutiny

In order to avoid social loafing you could:
o Make members aware of social loafing
o Increase their fitness levels
o Develop team spirit and highlight stats in front of the team to see who is pulling
their weight the least
