Reasons you need to recruit staff
● To carry out everyday activities of the business
● To replace retiring staff
● To cover for staff that are leaving temporarily
● To do jobs that other staff aren't skilled or qualified for
Staff turnover
This calculation takes the number of employees who left in a given time frame usually a year as a percentage of all employees
Eg: if 10 employees are leaving in one year from 100 this equals to 10%
