regarding the view that formal discipline and structure is required for the education system
to be successful

This leads to a negative attitude and the
student ends up performing badly as they have not been motivated and also has never been
challenged

To conclude I feel the best type of education is a mix between both left and right wing ideas,
this is because there has to be a mix of freedom and expression but also grading and
structure
...
Enjoyment in a subject often leads to better grades and this will improve the
student-teacher relationship
...
