 The quality of the fabric received like its condition and colour is
checked thoroughly and selected accordingly for the further process

CUTTING:
a) AUTO SPREADER:
 This machine would move back and forth according to the length
inputted

b) F K CUTTER:
 Computer numerical control machine(CNC), cuts the fabric according
to the length inputted

 Cannot stop the machine while the fabric is being cut

 Embroidery is done with the 6 needle machine with DST format
punching

 Tang machine from China is also used for embroidery

OBSERVATIONS
 By the end of our industrial visit to Purple Creations private limited
manufacturing unit, Baramati, I was well versed with the entire
manufacturing process of the kids wear
...
The process started with the fabric selection and ended
with the tagging and pricing of the garment ready to be shipped
...
This is to attract the kids to the
product hence proving to be a smart move
...
Each step in the process was closely inspected and then
cleared for the next
...


SUGGESTIONS
 During the printing process the workers were not taking any safety
measures to be protected from the harmful fumes emitted from the
paints which could be toxic to their health
...

 As women employment was less, more women should be employed
...
