When  we  talk  about  the  relation  between  perception  and  cultural  identities,  
perception  plays  a  less  important  role  than  language

having  a  different  view  of  situations  which  shapes  up  the  5  senses  they  use

confusions  among  citizens

 As  you  can  see,  the  language  
which  was  used  influenced  our  minds  and  our  sense  of  seeing

 Language  is  knows  as  the  first  stage  of  the  development  
towards  perception,  and  then  to  shaping  up  cultural  identity

 Do  not  get  mistaken  though  (!)  that  perception  and  language  are  
important  roles  but  aren’t  the  only  roles  in  cultural  identity

 Cultural  identity  doesn’t  
fully  depend  for  development  on  these  2  concepts,  but  they’re  the  most  
researched  and  known  ones  in  the  most  recent  studies
...
 It’s  a  complicated  research  to  see  whether  
perception  might  be  more  important  than  language,  but  for  the  moment  
language  rules  over  the  perception
...
 Just  remember,  language  
and  perception  are  the  two  basic  cognitive  systems  which  constantly  interact  
and  rely  on  each  other  in  our  daily  existence
