Conceptual Framework

Above, the conceptual framework mostly focuses on producing a system that would allow an
insurance broker to have an organized and efficient way on processing all types of transaction
and monitoring capabilities including apply for a new policy, renew a policy, identify all
outstanding between the policy holder, identify all outstanding accounts between the Insurance
company, monitor policy holders, monitor insurance claims and monitor sales accounts

The Marketing Department would first create a
proposal to be presented to the potential policy holder if he or she agreed to the specific terms
and agreement, the raw data would be verify and process by the executive department, then the
processes information would then be send to the insurance company for approval of the policy

Then this information is send to the accounting department for recording the policy numbers and
statement of accounts

For the monitoring process this would first start at the end of the transaction process, once data
has been added to the local and cloud storage

The monitoring process can only
view and generate specific reports that include tracking policy holders, monitoring the expiration
of policy, monitoring the sales and monitoring all accounts but this can be a huge impact in the
insurance broker’s Time-management, during our observation they cannot generate decent
reports, they still need to organized and identify all values in the report, this process can
minimized the steps on identifying the problem and coming up for a solution
To summarize the Transaction and monitoring framework, the proposed process would minimize
the steps on creating a new policy holder and monitoring the broker
